     Thermoformer Upgrades

SWE Engineering, in cooperation with ThermoformingSolutions.com, provides machine control upgrades for thermoformers.

Our many years of experience designing the control systems for Sencorp Systems, Inc. and Armac Industries makes us the obvious choice for owners of those machines to consider talking to us when its time to repair or upgrade those machines. The extremely rapid developments in control technology over the past few years have made it possible for older machines to be greatly improved with replacement control systems, while keeping the existing "Iron" in place.

Below "Before" and "After" images, showing how much simpler and user friendly the new controls make operating your old machine.

Before
Old, complicated, out of date machine controls

After
New, more modern controls, using an industrial computer and our HMI/Control package

Why Retrofit?

More accurate indexing.
Save "recipes" (machine settings) for each job, to recall at a later time.
Simple, quick machine setting changes.
Easier operation.
PC based system - easy to update.
Parts/Service not available for older control hardware.
Easy to network for integration into ERP and other business software.
Old controls are limited in their capabilities and NOT user friendly.
